Contingency Recruitment
Depending on the circumstances and level of opportunity, we are able to work on a No Placement, No Fee basis for clients who have occasional, ad-hoc openings in their business. A database search will be carried out and the most suitable candidates will be submitted for inclusion in your interview process. Fees are dependent on the salary.
Retained Recruitment
We recommend that professional level vacancies are managed on a retained basis. We work exclusively on our client’s behalf and agree a specific process in order to deliver the right results. We combine a range of the most suitable sourcing strategies and provide extensive interview notes and profiles for each short listed candidate. Fees are dependent on the level of work required to complete the project and are split up into an initial retainer followed by the remainder of the fee on placement.
